Getting fit is a journey, not something with a final destination. We have to constantly work at it. Get moving: exploring exercise options
I'm going to admit something. I don't enjoy exercising. Don't get me wrong. I feel good after I do it and I know I NEED to do it. But I'm never just dying to go work-out.
